Keith anthony and anthony podias scammed me out of 7000, refuse to give my money back and many other customers. They have written many bad checks and won't give money back to customers. My mother and our family recently tried purchasing a house, and unfortunately our credit isn't good enough to get a mortgage. We seen an ad for a company called CIG realty out of Long Island NY. We contacted them, and they seemed like a dream come true, they would purchase a house of our choice, and we could pay them, no credit needed. Desperate to get out of the living conditions we are in now, we were thrilled to find such great people. All we had to do was send them five thousand dollars. The $5000.00 that was sent to them was our savings, there isn't anymore. This company has done nothing to close on the house they made an offer on. When questioned about it, all they do is have story after story as to they are working on it, and they are waiting on someone else. We've been going through this for months. We are currently renting a house from a friend that is unfortunately is going to be in foreclosure. We have a big extended family, there are 11 of us that live here...ages 7-83. Once the house we are living in now is foreclosed on, we will have no place to go, as rentals aren't large enough to accomodate all of us. We researched CIG after finding out this process was taking to long, and we found stuff on ripoff report, as well as the better business bureau, and also fox5 news out of New York City.
