This is not joke and Brown Cotton told me he is a FBI man from IC3. He told me he arrested my scammers . Then he told me he wanna help me get my money back. I paid lots of money for tax clearances and then the funds cannot come out.

He told me I had to pay for eu 3500 and then the funds will be transferred to my account. This is his mail:
