No local office or representative as claimed on their website.
We paid a high price to only one person we meet.
We received a dirty apartment. Broken lock, extrimly dirty furniture and a very rud representative who collected the money and now telling us she is not in charge of apartment readiness or cleaning.

I googoled the company and received lots of negative and bad review includi g same problem we are facing. Unable to locate a company.
We will never use such a company.
