This thief takes your money but doesn't deliver your goods

Brian Canning from transportJCD (his email - transportjcd@gmail.com) or TEuropeltd as he is on shiply or shipu and other logistics websites.

I initially used him for a couple of small jobs that he carried out with out a problem, gaining my trust. I then bought a mini digger on ebay and arranged a price with him to pick it up and deliver to me in France.

I transferred the money to his account and he picked up from the buyer. That was when he stopped answering his telephone, stopped answering emails. After a month I sent an email saying I had tracked down his address and was filing a complaint with the police for theft/fraud.

I then received a call, he told me his father was dying, and he was having to look after his mother who was understandably distraught... I felt terrible and of course said to take his time, just let me know what was happening and promise not to go 'dark' again. After that he stopped answering his phone and email again, I gave him another few weeks and then managed to track down another customer he'd scammed who'd written a complaint on shiply.

He'd told her his wife had left him with the children! What, no dying Father??? I emailed again letting him know that he'd been busted! he got back in touch and I arranged another guy to get the mini digger from him, which he did. The digger had a broken window by this time, but at least I'd got the digger with someone I could trust to get it to me.

I told Brian Canning to give the money I'd sent to him for the transport to the new guy, but he told me he didn't have it, but would send it back to me as soon as he could. So I paid again for the transport and at least got the digger.

I have subsequently called (he changed his number but I tracked down the new one - 07586 251310) he said again he'd send the money but hasn't and doesn't respond to email.

I hate to use a service like whoscammedyou.com but it's been over a year and he won't give me my money back.

I will be taking legal action, even if it costs me more than he owes me..., do not use Brian Canning

I saw this message whilst checking out T Europe, we were going to give them a contract to deliver our vehicles to our EU Offices.

Even after seeing this, we thought the post was just sour grapes, but sure enough it seems all true !!!!!
We have tried contacting Brian Canning since our initial call from him, but each attempt is voicemail...... messages left & yet still no response.

Thank god we didn't entrust him with Motor vehicles exceeding £100k each.

I first contacted this guy via Shiply. I was bringing 3 cars from Italy and if everything turned out ok, I'd use them again to ship my expensive cars. But after seeing ALL these negative reviews, I've decided to give this clown a big swerve as it seems he's just a joker out on the make.
