Scam Alert
This company did the same to me they took my money and never did what they promise ! This people are really scamers please contact me is you were scam too I'm putting charges on them mevelyn@ymail.com We can take them to court !!!!
This is AL Castellanos with BillboardTV we made the first HD video ad for Dental Specialist of Doral and they wanted some changes done. We made the changes and sent them to her .
Then she said she did not like it, so we told her we would make the ad any way you want it to look. So we are waiting for her to tell us what she wants the ad to look like.

I talk to them and they always tell you ...it will be ready soon ... I will email you so we can talk.
Evelyn is receiving a FULL refund no problem. We made her 2 - 1080p high definition ads that she can keep and use anywhere. It can be used on youtube and facebook. She ended up with the 2 ads for FREE. Any customers that are not happy we take good care of or give a full refund. It does not take 3 months to create an ad. Our average right now is 2 to 3 weeks. It can take a week extra if too many companies sign up at the same time. Our first quarter each year is the busiest time because so many companies sign up because its great advertising at a great price. We have been absolutely bombarded Jan, Feb, and March. We have many many clients and want to make Evelyn and everybody else happy We have no hard feelings toward her and when I met her she was very nice. Even Walmart gets complaints, we are trying to please everybody. We will do everything in our power to make you happy or we will give you a full refund, its that simple.

They did the exact same thing to me! they are unresponsive to emails and requests for refund. Chris, the owner, is immature and resorts to personal attacks. They violated the terms of the contract from the minute i signed it. There is nothing in their contract about NO REFUNDS however, when i ask for one, he says it isn't going to happen. Rude, childish and rotten.
NO ad, NO refund, NO response, NO service. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!
Still never received any resolution. Tried calling over and no...no response. Chris supposedly no longer works there but that is probably another Castellano Scam. Al is just as big a liar as his son. Told me two weeks ago check for refund in e mail...and no refund sent. Now I can't get a hold of anyone.
They run their "advertising" business from an apartment in Dania. BEWARE!
