Police Report states...about 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 25 a motorist called Vero Beach police, saying a car was weaving back and forth and struck a bridge guard rail near Indian River Boulevard in Vero Beach.
According to police reports, that has been changed amny times in the police station by officers...the driver was Nelson and she refused to get out of the car and initially blamed the accident on using a cellphone. She said she was a judge in St. Lucie County and wouldn't do field sobriety exercises. Police were forced to pry both her hands off the steering wheel to remove her from the car, according to a police report.
She continued to scream and pull away as she was restrained and put in handcuffs.
Police said her breath smelled of alcohol and she appeared to have vomit on her skirt. Nelson refused to under go testing for alcohol impairment, according to court records, the same violation she would sentence citizens to jail in her court...the real joke is the spineless D/A dropped the resisting arrest charges after fought Two Police Officer to be removed from her car covered with zanx all-over the floorboard of her car.the Judge screamed threatened both officers with their jobs...the Officer down played the resisting arrest to department pressure and their jobs... the resisting arrest for a Real Citizen would have meant Jail Time... but not for the Drunken Judge Nelson whom is known to be a heavy drinker... in the real world ..the officers would have taken her blouse and sent to the lab to prove their case.... Or check the Judge Cell records to see if she was texting either...Florida law state when a drive is involved in a accident ...blood is to be drawn..But Not For This Judge....that would have made it Too Easy for the State to prove their case...the state wanted to leave a back door so the D/A would have no evidence to convict one of their own Judges...but not in the Dirty Back Door Deal.

Truly Judge Nelsons compounded Actions of Drinking and Zanx is a Felony as a prescript reads not to operate a vehicle...compounded with mixing with liquor and involved in a crash ....equals a felony Charge

Our Courts, Judges, police department are so corrupt that they no long have the public's trust...but Judge Druken Nelson..is just the icing on the cake as she prepares to run for the bench again in 2014...some people have No Shame as the fleece the people.
