Chris Smith-Debrett(s) is his name if you want to find him he will be attending Stroud Magistrates on August 5th check out Gloucestershire Citizen. I have had a lucky escape from him but have evidence of a criminal offence and am speaking to Gloucestershire Police about it. Very keen to hear from people who have had contact with him,
