Art Howe is a pathological liar and a master manipulator. He says he is a professional skateboarder and owns a Skateboard Distribution company. The truth is he takes advantage of Women online for a living. I am not his first victim and won't be his last. He uses dating sites to meet women and then quickly falls on hard times, asking for money. His frequently used excuses include that his house was robbed, his car broke down, his son is sad and had all his toys stolen in the robbery, his clothes were all stolen. His computer & camera equipment were stolen that he needs for work. He will also use the excuse that he needs money for a bogus business deal for a bogus skateboard company he says he owns, etc. He always promises to pay you back and even signs legal contracts stating he will but then you find out later he provided bogus information. In the end, he never pays you back and will finally disappear to find a new victim. Stay clear of Art Howe.
