West Side Bagels

I have never ever been to an establishment where the fat , bald headed obnoxious, uneducated looser walks around like he is a New York mobster, threatening his staff, talking down to people, sitting on a computer at the front table like he is doing something important. The food is old, the fish is old, the chairs are dirty. The wait staff gets extremely angry when they dont get the tip they want and even ask for a higher one. When I was leaving I wanted to buy some muffins, the cashier was so rude, I said forget it......this place is a health hazard..................and a mental hazard....he needs to close down and take his scum staff with him.......................
