Money Cash Advance

Fake Loan

Online, Florida

About a month ago I decided to check into an online loan company. I put in my info and tho very hesitant about adding personal information I was feeling desperate so entered it in anyways. I didn't like the payback amount and terms so I decided against the loan. This past week has been nothing but hell in abusive phone calls from arabs telling me I was going to be arrested if I didn't pay back the loan I took out.

I entertained them at first but soon became distressed by the calls. Calls came in up to 10 times a day form a company that "represented" Money Cash Advance. I was told I owed $625.00 for a $400.00 loan I welched on. The last call I received from them today, I was told by the non-english speaking asshole that he was a officer in a court of law and that he was going to be at my house in 30 minuets and I was going to "get beat up and thrown into his car and be arrested." Know Im not an ignorant woman, I know its not going down like that but for harrassment purposes I called my local law enforcement agency. They directed me to the local chapter of the FBI who directed me to contact the Federal Trades Commission and the Attorney General.

In the meantime my boyfriend called the company back and tried to get information for proof of this loan. No such luck they refused to give him any information. He even offered for me to speak to someone about this so I could at least get a date the loan was taken out. They falt out refused saying they have the proof and thats what matters. Well after that they were informed we called gthe FBI and I have yet to receive a call but it still unnerves me that this has happened.

The phone numbers to look out for are (305) 728-8667 out of Miami FL, (323) 233-0590 LA CA, (727) 233-7738 FLA, USA, (253) 236-2343 Kent, WA

Don't worry it is idle threats but your information is not secure. I will have to switch my bank account and keep a close eye on my credit report from now until forever.
