Talked with him a couple of months. Found him on Mate1.com. He stated he was a Major in the US Army and in Kabul, Afghanistan doing patrols. His profile stated he was from New York, NY but told me he was from Colorado Springs, CO. He had no pic on Mate1.com but sent me the pics via email. Began talking on Yahoo IM. Stated he needed to come home and needed money to do this. Started requesting small amounts, like $200 or $300. Needless to say, I sent money to this smooth talker who knew just what to say and how much emotion to put into it. Everytime money was sent, he always found another reason for you to send more. He works with a Penny Vaughn who was the MP in charge of the base at Mali neighboring county. Money was also sent to Olatunde Tosin, Abeokuta Ogun State, Nigeria, Africa.
