Pay credit cash

I received a call from a man called James Watson saying that i was approved for a 3000 dollar loan but I need to get 135 dollar vanilla reload card for verification purpose only so I did one hour later he called back saying my credit score was low so I need to get another card for 115 dollars so I did and he took the money I called back and he wouldn't answer the phone I called back the next day and refused to refund my money I was scammed out of 250 dollars
