Lesley & Stephen Fagan

Lesley and Stephen Fagan from Cheshire in the UK decided to sign up to an 11 month tenancy agreement to rent my 3-bed apartment in Elviria, Malaga, Spain. After paying just 2 months rent they decided not to make any more rent payments. I believe they planned this from the start and have probably done it before.
