THEY SIMPLY CHANGE THE NAME ON THEIR WEBSITE AND MOVE ON TO MORE UNSUSPECTING VICTIMS WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT THEIR SCAM.

His fake website says they accept many forms of payment, however he will only accept your Bank Routing information but becomes quite irritated and threatening if you decide not to fall victim to his game.

Greg Sclafani's scam is simple enough, as laid out in the numerous court documents and records compiled by the AG's Office. His company claims to move people's vehicles long distances. But though he runs an ad claiming that ABK has "terminals in 48 states" in the Yellow Pages with an 800 number, he neither owns nor operates a depot or trucks.

He is just a broker, which the AG's Office says is misleading to customers. Key to the scam is that Sclafani persuades customers to pay up-front, usually telling them that his credit-card machine is on the blink and then convincing them to allow direct deposit from their checking accounts. Once he has their bank numbers, he often helps himself to additional payments, according to court documents. He then subcontracts the hauling to independent truckers and tow companies. Some of the vehicles do get delivered, but Sclafani regularly stiffs the haulers as well, according to court documents, and they often refuse to release the vehicles to Sclafani's customers until they get paid.

The same thing happened to me exactly. These people just move from company to company. Nothing they say is true. They admitted by email that I was charged in error and then said I would get a credit within 48 hours. 4 weeks later and still nothing. Watch out for them under whatever name they choose to use next.

They want your routing number. They play the odds that enough people won't catch it, won't pursue it, or will simply give up. These people must be tracked down and locked up. They have been nailed for it in the past and will be again. Theft is theft.
It is scary how many years they have gotten away with this!
I have lost track of how names they have gone under to this point.

They started out in Long Island NY and after DECADES of this behavior they got a slap on the wrist from Cuomo with a whopping $175,000 order of restitution.

Please note that many of their past clients are senior citizens and Greg would threaten all sorts of bodily harm over the phone if any of these clients complained.
