Wendy Kwong ,short Chinese lady with bugs bunny teeth will walk into your business and will try to be sweet as honey until she gets what she wants. She will get your service from your business and then she will complain that she is not satisfied with your service or you. She will then ask for a discount, money back. If you do not get her way she then threaten to take you to court and sue you. She will tell you that she has a ambulance chase lawyer who will file papers for her fast. If you do not give her money back or a discount she will then will write bad reports of you and your business on YELP and she will tell you that she will destroy you and your business.

She is destroying our local businessmen and businesswomen. Because she is a insecure sick person who is full of anger,no self respect for herself or others.

Merchants Please stay away Stay away from this parasite who does not have integrity. She will try to destroy you and your business. If she calls for a appointment please tell her you do not have time.

" If I could give Captain Dennis zero stars I would. I signed up to go on a whale watching tour with him, gave him my credit card over the phone, 2 days before the date, he sends e-mail out that instead of sailing out of Belvedere at 9 am, we would meet at the Berkeley Yacht Club's dock at 7 am. I was a few minutes late b/c I had to run back upstairs to my apt. to get my driver's license, so I arrived around 7:06 only to get a call from my friend who is on the boat to tell me that they had already sailed away. I drove all the way from San Francisco, I thought that was so rude. If he was going to sail away promptly at 7 am then he should have said so. I called Capt. Dennis and told him I wanted a refund. He refused b/c he felt he kept his end of the deal. I told him I misunderstood his e-mail, that we were meeting at 7 am, help him set up the sails, then sail away and his reply to me was that the other 5 people on the boat were happy that he sailed away at 7 am. My friend on the boat said that was bullsh_t. I agree with Bob N., Captain Dennis is definitely a shady character and a jerk.

In response to Stephen Quong's comment to my rating "I'm sorry that you did not meet someone for a good relationship as I predicted," I didn't say that in my review. I only said his predictions were off the mark. And I have to agree with Babu. I had to ask Stephen Quong a number of times if he saw a relationship for me and he got terse with me saying I've already asked him several times. Well if you had given me a direct answer, then I wouldn't keep asking. When I listened to the recording, his answer to that question was "yes, when you go out to a social gathering and you get dressed up, fix yourself up, there's a good chance you will meet someone." Anyone could have said that, it is like Babu said, its more like counseling. I paid for puja, birth rectification, chart analysis and feng shui. Surely having done all that I should have felt even a little shift for the better. And then he suggests I should hire him to come to my new apartment and spend more money??? Oh wait, I did feel a shift, money out of my pocketbook into Stephen Quong's. Plus its almost like he's implying that I'm bitter about his reading b/c i didn't meet someone for a good relationship. I've spent thousands of dollars at this place and the improvement is nebulous at best. I had some dark spots that Dr. Parnell lasered, the spots are still there. My plastic surgeon said the spots are under the skin so lasering them wouldn't have helped. Around March of last year Dr. Parnell started lasering some moles, she mentioned it may take a minimum of 6 visits to get them lasered off. When summer came she said we should stop and resume in the fall because of the sun. When fall came we were about to start up lasering the moles again and Dr. Parnell says we have to start over b/c those sessions I did in the spring were not cumulative. She should have told me that, I felt like I wasted my money and when I tried to explain this to Dr. Parnell she was rude and dismissive. Also during my last appointment with her, I wanted to show her which spots I wanted her to laser to make sure she gets all the spots that bothered me and she snapped at me "Will you stop, I have another appointment after you." Its not my fault she has another appointment after me. When I scheduled my appointment with the front desk I was very clear and specific as to what I wanted to have done so they would schedule enough time for me. I waited for a while before posting this because if I had rated this practice right after my last appointment, I would be using a lot of expletives.
