They are by far the worst company in the world. As a business person I wanted an easy virtual PBX for my company. I signed up yesterday and had some tech issues and was helped by Marco. He was THE ONLY employee who helped me, we did test calls and installed a microsoft product to make it perfect. Mind you as I tell this story he also called my BILLING number.

I was in a training today from 830-430PM with a NO CELL phone policy. I come home to test my number and find out it is disconnected because the billing department said my BILLING NUMBER, my cell phone was not correct and was disconnected. I had argued with the billing department who told me they just called me and got a disconnect signal. I told they guy he was stupid he told me to call someone else because he was being abused. I called back and the rep called me back from 323-860-9200 and guess what I answered the phone. To make matters worse they charged me for $49.95 for a risk FREE trial.????

I tell you do NOT do business with this company it is a total scam, they are rude, they close your account after you spend money on advertising the number. They are a bunch of stupid dumb fucks in Hollywood, CA who think they can be total bitches to you.

I am so glad this site is here. Now everyone can know about them. Now I am going to contact the FTC, FCC and the BBB about them.
