I had the worst experience with this scamming company taking from me 569$ resulting in nothing,and when i tried to spread my story to others on net they sent me threatning letter to stop !

This is Urobiologics, responding to Ms. Galal's (now posting as anonymous) intention to spread rumors against us. The true story is that she got two PreGender tests done from us to try to conceive a boy and we reported properly and advised her to contact us in every cycle for guidance as to in which cycle to conceive. Instead she had her own way and never contacted us and we have no record as to in which cycle she conceived. Now her post-conception test revealed a girl in our test and she is furious and wanted a refund. Here is the exact copy of the email we had sent to her addressing her concerns, even then she went on internet with pure intention to malign us.

The success of our program depends upon remaining in constant communications with us. We had some difficult cases like having consecutive three girl or boy cycles together and ultimately they were successful because we supported them like family members. That was possible because they were equally appreciative of our work and friendly as well. They never thought or said we are a scam. By saying these things, one would have closed the doors for ever. I must emphasize here is that there is no other way out.
All customers do write us at least 25 emails and we have a record to answer all of them and withing 30 minutes. Now, not all of them do not get the result they wanted. There is always 10-15% chance that in a boy environment, for example, an X sperm can also go forward and fertilize. nobody has any control over it. This is not at all an error of the our concept. Point is, biology works in strange ways. It is not a piece of steel that when bent at 90 degree will stay there for life.
I think you have not seen what a scam is. I can explain. Contact any company selling calendars for gender planning. They would be highly respectable till you place an order. The moment your card is charged you get an automated reply containing the calendar/planner. That's it. There contract is over. You just paid $400 for that one automatic email. You may do anything nobody will pick up the phone, forget to get a reply. Now you are on your own. Print that calendar and hang it in your bedroom and stare at it with no results.
We are very clear with our customers. If you go through our terms and conditions at our website, it is clearly written that precon fees are non-refundable whereas that of postcon is. There is a reason for that and i want you to understand that. In precon test, there are a lot of uncertainties and there is no fetus. Also, for that small amount, one comes to know whether she is alternating or not and we keep on emailing and helping the customer for may months afterwards, without asking for any more money. From business point of view, that is not the 'profitable' way of doing business because no American company would like to go that way. Yes, after pregnancy you have a fetus and if we are wrong there, we do refund the fee, again as per terms and conditions.. So in your case, if our female report goes wrong, we will refund you in a blink of an eye.

In one cycle she is ready to conceive a boy and in next a girl. By testing two midcycle urine samples, we continue guiding a couple to conceive in appropriate cycle to get their desired baby. This reduces the game of chance. Amazingly 92 out of 100 couples conceiving in boy cycle, for example, are getting baby boys just by conceiving in that cycle advised by us. The same is true for girls. That 8% is not an error because, in a boy environment for example, there is 8% chance that an X sperm can also go ahead and fertilize. Nobody has any control over it.
