1. In 2001 a violinist for a string quartet based in Palo Alto had a threatening note left in her violin case after she complained to the State Labor Relations board for non-payment of a gig. A police Report was filed.
2. In 2001 Thomas Schoenberger entered into a contract with Randy Harris as the DJ division of North Bay Entertainment. Mr. Schoenberger stalked Mr. Harris by letters, emails & news paper, claiming Mr. Harris held a gun on him. Mr. Schoenberger lost in court.
3. In 2002 Thomas stalked the owner and president of Viviani Destination services, and even followed the president of the firm to her mother's house 100 miles away and placed a sign on her mother's front yard. A police report was filed.
4. Over the same incident, where Thomas was upset with the DNC, Schoenberger stole stationary from a well-known caterer and wrote a poison pen letter as if it were from said caterer.
5. In 2005 Christine Andrews owner of Ecoutez Music was stalked by Mr. Schoenberger just because she was a competitor and told the truth about Mr. Schoenberger...
6. Jay Goetting writer for The Napa Register was stalked by Schoenberger because he didn’t print the lies about Mr. Harris of Pacific Entertainment. He reported just the facts.
7. Eric Symons was recruited by Schoenberg and was not paid his commissions. Schoenberger started stalking Symons in 2009 falsely attacking his company Simply The Best Entertainment with total falsehoods and nothing to backup his claims.
8. Steven Leflar has been stalked by Mr. Schoenberger since 2008. In 2004 Mr. Leflar loaned Schoenberger $18,000.00 to help keep North Bay Entertainment from Bankrupcy and to date still owes $6,000.00. In 2008 Mr. Schoenberger approached Mr. Leflar to become a partner in North Bay Entertainment.
