Barry Roderman hired me and was very happy with my work. I tolerated his inappropriate advances because I need a job. Fast forward to him bringing in an old administrator that worked for him named Andrea. This woman fires people for sport. She wanted to fire me but Barry grew a pair and did not let her. He said she would not have any association with our firm which turned out to be totally false She started working part time for another company on the floor and I had to see her everyday. Two weeks after she wanted to fire me I suppose she harassed Barry enough that he let me go I asked him why and his response was "Your a great secretary. I don't want to talk about it," I found out from other staff that this happens all the time. Stay away from this man, He is heartless like most lawyers and thinks with the wrong part of his body.
