Linda K. Risden was fired for Grand Thief and took over 800 client files that contain your banking information and S.S. numbers and her Daughter was already arrested for Grand Thief and Linda K. Risden Fled Florida and is Now in Hines-Ville Gerogia 31313 and living on welfare and Goverment housing is selling real estate at the Great American Realtors. Ms. Risden also has hacked into the company email of Risden@bellsouth.net and the companies web site WWW.SoFloridahomes.com to obtain past client records and files....even after she agreed to leave the company and not be procusicted if dhe replid the embezzled $87,000.00 of client funds and crdit card fraud .

This letter is a warning to any one, if you have any business dealings with Linda K. Risden of Florida Five Star Realty inc and changed her business name to Florida South East Realty in the greater Fort Lauder Dale Florida areas and also known and doing business as the Great American Realtors in Hines-ville and Fort Stewart Georgia 31313. and the real problem is Ms. Risden has taken over 800 past client files containing all their person accounting information.

Linda K. Risden was fired in April of 2010 for her admitted embezzlement of over $87,000.00 in home owner funds along with obtaining client credit information that she used to obtain credit cards and credit lines in excess of over $35,000.00 according to Broward County Sheriff Department complaints filed by home owners them self’s.

Ms. Linda K. Risden had agree to return and repay the funds she embezzled and then she fled into hiding and was discovered living in a trailer at 13307 County Road 252 in Live Oak Florida 32060 and was going by the name of
Linda K. Beaver according to Suwanee County Fl.

Ms. Risden – Beaver fled live oak Florida facing open adultery and bigamy charges due an illegal marriage to one Mr Craig Mavin Beaver while she was married in Broward County Florida.

Ms Risden aka Ms Beaver has also defrauded consumers over $40,000.00 in processing fees in violation of the Florida Real Estate Commission for failure to render a preformed duty for the fee as she claimed those fees were for storage of records cost which is required upon the brokerage firm for 5 years anyway with out charge to the consumer,.

Ms Risden had the illegal fee hidden and placed in fine print in a special contract and would have the client sign with out their knowledge and when disputed at closings ,Ms Risden would hold the clients closing if the client refused to pay the “Her Processing Fee “ and in fact records show Ms. Risden – Beaver has placed nearly $1000,000 in liens on her client properties with $70,000 still pending legal actions by clients.

Ms. Linda K. Risden – AKA Linda K. Beaver obtains the client personal information threw listing or sale or rental contracts that all contain personal information of Social Security numbers bank account number and date of birth that has allowed her to obtain credit lines and credit cards and even car loans in other parties names.

Ms. Risden aka Beaver fled South Florida in April of 2010 days after her Daughter Bridget Lynn Massey of 6900 NW 30 Ave of Fort Lauder dale acting as the accountant under another name was Arrest by Broward County District Attorneys Office for her part in the embezzlement. Ms Massey aka Bridget Lynn Pepple plead Guilty quickly to the charges and was sentenced to 10 years under Broward Corrections and ordered to repay over $48,000 in damages and fines.

Ms. Linda K. Risden aka Ms Linda K. Beaver has opened a new company name in South Florida of Florida S.E. Realty to defraud client as she claimed to be a Broker for over 34 years, but records show she has only been a licensed Broker or Associate since 2003, she claims to be Your Local South Florida but lives in Georgia some 500 miles away. Ms. Risden – Beaver does not even have a Florida Driver License and records show the business address of Florida S.E. Realty at 6900 N.E. Realty is the address of her convicted daughter Bridget Lynn Massey whom is serving a 10 years suspended suspension under house arrest for felony grand thief and was stripped of all her professional license for life due to thief on the public while a license commissioned person.

If Ms. Linda K. Risden aka Linda K. Beaver or her Daughter Bridget Lynn Massey obtain your records or social security numbers, banking information or bank routing information you could be in trouble or have your credit damaged and be liable for the duo credit charging as she did to over 90 home owners and embezzled anoth $30,000 for the real estate firm in Broward County Florida and she fled fearing her arrest after her daughter was arrested days before.
