LINDA K. RISDEN aka LINDA K. BEAVER ENDLESS -LIES she writes this line of crap as being a Broker for" WHAT..34 years...bull-shit...She gone on to say..the company of Florida S.E. Realty has bee around since 1980...More Bull-Shit..in 1980 Linda K. Risden was Linda K. migalski and working as a dental asst in N.J. for her last husband #2..Linda K. Risden didn't even move to Florida until her husband divorced her in 1987 and the judge gave her nothing in the divorce..but a old car..and the husband flew all the way from N.J. to take his license plate off the car and flew home.

Some time in 2002 her husband # 3 hired her as a Realtor..not a broker..she was not a broker..the husband had a Broker in place for his company..the husband sent the wife to school to achieve her Brokers License and then made her the broker of the company.

The Husband has had many problems with Linda K. Risden aka Now as Linda K. Beaver of co-mingling funds threw out her history as acting broker of the company and In 2009 while the husband was recovering from Cancer Treatment he is notified by home owners and home owner associations thathis wife Linda K. Risden has be Embezzling funds from over 90 home owners and Ms. Risden ..was using her Daighter...Bridget Lynn Massey to COOK THE BOOKS and hide the Embezzled funds as the auduit report clearly showed.

November of 2009 the Husband confronts his wife Linda K. Risden in a office Audit meeting as to missing funds now totaling over $90,000.00 along with credit card fraud, IRS Fraud and Obtaining a Car Loan threw Fraud and False Documents.

Ms. Risden Admits to the Embezzlement and then produces her Own File of all the checks she wrote to her self and the list of Cash With-draws from HOA operating accounts...The Husband Fired her on the spot and removed her from the company and he has since Removed all reference of her from the company Web Site known as www.SoFloridaHomes.Com or the use of the names Florida Five Star Realty or the Risden Team or Risden@BellSouth.net and has Ordered her No To Use his last name in any adverting in the future.

Risden ---is a --Thief..--Liar ..and-- Scam-er and has No Business having a Brokers License or dealing with the public--Period and if she was Not the Mother of my children..I wold have put her in prison my self ..the hus claims Ms. Linda K. Risden Now goes by the name Linda K. Risden-Beaver after her Bigamist marriage to a Mr. Craig Marvin Beaver so Hill-Billy in Live Oak Florida where the wife fled to avoid her arrest just days after her Daughter Bridger Lynn Massey was Arrested for her part in Felony Grand Thief acting as a book-keeper, Ms. Massey also goes by Bridget Lynn Pepple and is serving a 10 year sentence under the Broward Department of Corrections.

Risden " a Married Woman living with Mr. Beaver with claims of Husband and Wife that were backed by witnesses that attended a mock wedding at the Big Oak Bar in Live Oak that is owned by Craig Beavers sister in law .
