FORT LAUDER DALE, Florida

LINDA K. RISDEN SUED FOR FRAUD AND GRAND THIEF Linda Risden was run out of town in Fort Lauder dale for a slew of embezzling actions that she admitted to and her Husband and Founder both fired her and is currently suing her personally and divorcing her is separate actions and now facing Bigamy Charges and Open Adultery Charges after witnesses came forward stating Mrs Risden married One Craig Marvin Beaver of 13307 County Road 252 Live Oak Florida. Police arrive and found Mrs Risden so she fled to Hines-ville Ga on government housing...welfare..working for Great American Realtor under Owner Broker of records how that Mr Risden has notiied Ms. The broker of Mrs Risden jaded past also know now as Linda K. Risden-Beaver according to records uncovered in Live Oak Florida. Documents signed by Mrs Linda k. Risden Beaver clearly states she is living with Mr. Beaver and states at the time as Lover and Boy Friend. Linda Risden facing new charges of F.S. 826 of Bigamy and Open Adultery fled to Hines-ville across the state line and applied for Welfare and and is living on Government housing as well . Linda Risdens daughter has already Pled Guilty to her part in Felony Grand Thief and was sentence to 10 years by Broward Corrections

Todd Risden will be arrested soon for criminal defamation of character as the police report filed on Nov 7, 2013 issued an arrest warrant after verifying that Martin "Todd" Risden has been posting lies and defaming the name and business of Linda Risden. She was in fact not fired from anything and instructed by her attorney to close Florida Tropical Homes due to her opening the company during the marriage and start a new company for proper marital asset distribution. Free speech is one thing and defaming your ex wife is another. Mr. Risden's anger is coming from the fact that his wife left him after 23 years after she could no longer accept his extra martial affairs and physical and mental abuse. It is so sad that this man has nothing better to do with his time. We anticipate that Suwannee County Florida will convict him of the felony charges that he is currently charged with for aggravated stalking with credible threat and violations of a restraining order Case#1-388CF. Now with the pending arrest for criminal defamation of character, hopefully Mr. Risden will be kept in jail for awhile. Hopefully he will get the mental help needed as if he does not it will result in Mr. Risden fulfilling his threats to kill Mrs. Risden.
