Pat Pizzoferrato and Tracy Pizzoferrato

Tracy Pizzoferrato and husband Pat Pizzoferrato with D&S Resources,Worldwide Oil & Gas and International Seafood along with Christopher Tarquinio (who is not a lawyer) and Caroline Carouthers approached out company trying to do business with us. We did our research first on Google and found these people to be the most unscrupulous individuals we have ever seen in our 25 years of business. After reading about how bad they all are we decided to add out own experiences with them. Tracy first contacted us about a month ago with an investment opportunity to invest in Worldwide Oil & Gas. After meeting with their so called attorney Christopher Tarquinio we were instantly put off by their lack of professionalism. They first wanted to know how much we would like to invest without showing us anything about their companies. We immediately became suspicious. After our meeting we did out due diligence and found out they have been doing this scam of theirs on so many people and seem to have no conscience about what they are doing. The reports that we read on here and other sites and looking on the BLM site and talking with people they own large sums of money to we concluded that we should stay as far away from these people as we can and advise others to do the same. Thankfully we found this site and others like it and followed up on the information we found and made an informed decision not to move forward with these highly unethical and down right criminally motivated individuals.
