Linda Risden left South Florida after she embezzled over 90 home owners totaling some $87,000.00 along with credit card fraud of another $9,000.00. Ms Risden fled after her Daughter Bridget Massey was arrested for her part in Felony Grand Thief, Ms Massey quickly plead Guilty and was sentenced to 10 years under Broward Corrections. Ms Risden fearing her own arrest has fled to Live Oak Fl and again to Hines-ville Ga. where she is working at the Great American Realtor's.

Ms Risden was fired as the Broker after her admitted Grand Thief and days before a settle hearing she fled south Florida and moved to live oak Florida where she live in a trailer in the woods until she was found by Suwanee sheriffs department and was facing Fraud, Grand Thief, Embezzlement, IRS fraud and Credit Card Fraud,Car Loan Fraud. If she get a hold of Your clients credit information or social security number you too maybe be party to a law suit as she destroys your reputation.

Ms. Risden moved across State lines to Georgia and now lives on Government Housing and Food-Stamps. Ms Risden is attempting to use and back door the company web site of WWW.SoFloridaHomes.Com , she now goes by the name of Linda K. Beaver in Georgia and in Florida under the company name of Florida SE Realty with a business address of 6900 NW 30 Ave which is a town-home of her Daughter Convicted of Felony Grand Thief and Embezzlement -Like Mother-Like Daughter. Ms. Risden new scam is attempting to refer leads to agents and the reason to open the real estate name was to cut her broker out of those commission in Georgia .

Todd Risden will be arrested soon for criminal defamation of character as the police report filed on Nov 7, 2013 issued an arrest warrant after verifying that Martin "Todd" Risden has been posting lies and defaming the name and business of Linda Risden. She was in fact not fired from anything and instructed by her attorney to close Florida Tropical Homes due to her opening the company during the marriage and start a new company for proper marital asset distribution. Free speech is one thing and defaming your ex wife is another. Mr. Risden's anger is coming from the fact that his wife left him after 23 years after she could no longer accept his extra martial affairs and physical and mental abuse. It is so sad that this man has nothing better to do with his time. We anticipate that Suwannee County Florida will convict him of the felony charges that he is currently charged with for aggravated stalking with credible threat and violations of a restraining order Case#1-388CF. Now with the pending arrest for criminal defamation of character, hopefully Mr. Risden will be kept in jail for awhile. Hopefully he will get the mental help needed as if he does not it will result in Mr. Risden fulfilling his threats to kill Mrs. Risden.
