Tammy Freeo is a liar and a cheat:
1) she is not licensed and never was as a real estate salesperson/broker.
2) she knowingly put a "bad" tenant in our apartment just to get a fee.
3) she lied on credit checks-she reported fake credit numbers to make the tenant look good.
4) she lied about who the past landlord was on the rental application so that when we checked the past landlord, it was the tenant's friend.
5) She bounced a check for the deposit (took the tenant's money and gave us her check).
Stay away from Tammy she is a liar, a cheat and you can't trust her.

I've been with this agency for over 3 years, never had a single problem and have actually had her go out of her way to help us out. I think maybe it's the way these situations are handled that make this an apparent, "scam."

1) This company is licensed
2) This agent does have a license and the person who did their homework didn't bother to look in the right place
3) There was NO commission involved in this transaction
4) This rental was listed by property management and had a contract as a property manager. AND LANDLORD NEVER PAID ANYTHING (OR) THE TENANT THEY ARE SPEAKING OF.
5) The owner had all paperwork on tenant and was able to decide NOT to take the tenant if they choose to. It is always the Landlords Final decision to accept the tenant.
6) Both OWNERS interviewed the tenant before possession was given to the tenant they had every opportunity to deny to rent to this tenant they were only interested in taking the cash from the tenant
7) I work for this company and reviewed all facts nothing was done wrong
THIS LANDLORD WILL FAIL TO TELL YOU THAT" ALL" TENANTS THAT WERE REFERRED BY THIS COMPANY HAVE ALL PAID THE RENT ... ARE STILL LIVING IN THEIR RENTAL PROPERTIES AND PAYING THE RENT
AND THIS COMPANY TO DATE HAVE NOT BEEN PAID ONE DOLLAR

I LOVE FREEO REALTY! THEY HELPED US GET AN APARTMENT WITH NO PROBLEMS. DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THAT YOU. REMEMBER, THERE ARE ALWAYS 2 SIDES SIDES TO EVERY STORY! MOST OF YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T GET YOUR DEPOSIT BECAUSE YOU DAMAGED THE APARTMENT OR WHO KNOWS, MAYBE YOU WERE TURNED DOWN FOR AN APARTMENT!
