CIG Realty/Keith Anthony & Anthony Podias

My husband and myself paid CIG Realty $3400 as partial down payment on a house in August 2012 after months of waiting for the house to actually be purchased Anthony Podias calls us to say that the bank had accepted our offer and we could move ahead with the closing but that they needed the other $4000 of the down payment,so we wire that to them,this was in November 2012,we found out the house was being sold to someone else in Feburary 2013,so we asked for a refund..we were told we would have our money back in our account by Feb.26th2013..the morning of the 27th I call Anthony Podias and got a run around for months bout our money..we contacted the FBI in NY and they sent field agents to our house to take all our info and they were working on building a case against them but haven't heard anything since then,so i don't know how there case is going.
