Dear Guest who posted a respone on 01/06/2012. I am sorry I did not see your response until today. Please respond by posting the scam, and I will do my best to reply. Christina Flores promised she will replace a healthy Persian kitten the following Spring. We trusted her, so we returned the sick Persian kitten, but shenever replaced the kitten. she did not fulfill her promise. I tried contacting her numerous times. She moved several times in Arizona and Texas. So I have no option, but to sue her. We sued Christina Flores in small claims court, and won. However, she's not paying. I hope her friends and family will encourage her to do the right thing. This is hurting her as a person, her credit, and her reputation. I hope she will put herself into my shoes. I don't know why she needs to do it this way.. This is wrong. I hope she realizes every year she is postponing the payment, there's a 10% penalty. I even tried to offer her no interest, if she just pay for the damage. She never replied. I have contacted the Fancier Cat Association (CFA). I encourage you to do the same thing. With multiple reportings, may be the CFA will response.
