Black SUV - Lic. Plate# FK6277 Wisconsin

There is a Black SUV with License Plate Number FK6277 from Wisconsin that is driving around Oakland/Emeryville claiming they can repair a dent on your car on the spot. The two men (supposedly brothers) are on the heavy set side, either Latin or Middle Eastern of decent and approximately 5' 7-8" tall.
One of the brothers stated his name is Tommy/Tom mobile number (510)606-0200 and the other brother is the one that did all the body work.

WARNING / BEWARE - They are a SCAM.... They say they work for a auto/body shop and have all their tools in the trunk. They get out of their car and show you a little bit to make you believe they know what they are doing so you give them the job. They do a horrible job and use store spray paint which has no gloss. They state they put a wax on the car which you should not remove until 24 hours. This is not true, it's the store purchased spray paint.
In turn you have paid in cash and they are gone.

When asking for their business card, they say they just ran out.
