1) Linda K. Risden “ Admitted to Embezzling over 89 home owners from 2008 up to 2010 that she admitted to taking $37,000.00 according to checks she wrote to her self from past client accounts and Home Owners Associations and those dozen and dozen of checks were witnessed by her husband and whom gave sworn affidavits and Broward County Police Reports filed by home owners the final missing funds have exceeded over $87,000.00 and another $9,000.00 in credit cards
2) Linda K. Risden Admitted to opening 6 credit cards in Home Owners Associations names with out the knowledge or permission and charged those credit cards to the Max leaving the HOA associations with the bills
3) Linda K. Risden admitted transferring some of the funds to her Daughter Bridget Lynn Massey whom worked as the Book-keeper as she cover- up the paper trail and the Two set up Pay-Pal Accounts to transfer funds back and forth and to make transfer appear as purchase on paper
4) The Daughter Bridget Lynn Massey of 6900 NW 30 Ave of Fort Lauderdale is Arrested for her part in Client Grand Thief and “ Quickly pleads Guilty and receives a 10 years sentence and is Ordered to repay over $40,000.00 in Embezzled Funds
5) Linda K. Risden flees her Coral Springs country club home in the middle of the night in a rental car so not be detected by her tag on the Florida highway, Ms Risden is missing for over two weeks and is found in Live Oak Florida
6) April 2010 Linda K. Risden seeks back in to South Florida to meet with her husband to set and settle the Embezzled funds with the Home Owners before the Husband also files criminal charges for corporate thief as a License agent and she agree to return. And she signs a statement clearing the Husband of any wrongful doing and all document are notarized before 2 parties and on record and agree to step down due to her Firing by the husband and agrees not to use any document or records of the company clients or backing accounts. She leaves town moments after the meeting in fear of Her own Arrest as her daughter is facing sentencing for embezzlement .
7) Days later after the meeting the Husband find out that Linda K. Risden has just falsified new document of Pay-Checks in the amount of $32,000 and W/2s to match and make the pat stubs appear to be real for her to obtain a car loan at Lipton Toyota in another persons name that Never worked for the company to obtain a sliver Dodge Nitro that bare the Florida Tag that read ( I-SELL-FL ) which she drive today and was moved to Hinesville Ga 31313 .

Risden marries Craig Marvin Beaver in a Bigamist Marriage in Live Oak Florida with a wedding party at Big Oak Bar where Mr. Beaver works as a part-time door man for his sister-in-law and the new couple reside in Mr beavers Trailer in the woods located at 13307 County Road 252 32060 which is a short marriage with many problems of abuse by Mr. Beaver and his the shearing of of his new wife with other men and the final shoe when the trailer is repossessed by the bank.

10) August 2013 Ms. Risden opens Florida SE Realty Inc. located at 6900 NW 30 AVE Ft Lauderdale Fl “ which is the Town-Home of her Daughter whom was “ Convicted of felony Grand Thief “ and is serving a 10 years sentence. The Business name is for sole use to transfer and attach the web site of WWW.SoFloridaHomes.Com “property of “ Florida Five Star Realty inc and the Risden Team in her effort to create a false company shell as she Once Again steals company documents and defrauding clients as she claims to the the Listing Agent of properties in her postings. Ms Risden then converts the caller to another agent in South Florida and costing the buyers 25 to 30 % more. Ms Risden continues to posting these false listings even in violation of the MLS system and with out the knowledge of the listing agents or their clients which permission is also required
