The mine that he supposedly owns is now abandoned but on 1/10/2014 they reinstated their LLC paper work with CAROLINE M CAROUTHERS as a Managing Member so he must be up to something. Please research this site http://www.msha.gov (Mine ID# 2602708) see how many fines that they have against them. Why would they reinstate their LLC on a abandoned mine? Probably gearing up for another round of investment scams, Also search this site and Google for all the negative remarks on these scamming low life scum bags. Research his wife's name also TRACY PIZZOFERRATO. She is responsible for just as many lies as Pat and Caroline if not more. These people are known scam artists and Pat has a criminal record. They owe so much money to so many people.Do your research on these people. You don't want your money stolen like ours was.
