tristen gratz owner timeless heritage

I wish someone had posted about this company before I hired them. I have parkinsons and hydrocephalus and was told by my doctor to "get my affairs in order".
I have so much stuff of my own and inherited more from my family. I need to find a home for all of it. So I decided to have a living estate sale.
Tristen, the owner, was so nice and her and her ads promised I would be taken care of. I believed her. Her family works the sale for her. She doesn't even showup during the sale.
Now, I can't even get her to call me back. I want an accounting of the stuff sold, the money she made (for both of us) and an apology for leaving the property in a disasterous condition. She charged 40% of whatever was sold during the sale. (3 days). Now I have to hire someone to help clean up the mess. I broke my hip 6 mos. ago and must take it easy due to severe osteoporosis.
Things disappeared and were sold that were NOT for sale and she won't even return a call.
There is so much more to this I wish I had the energy to type it all.
WHATEVER YOU DO don't get involved with her or her compay.
