I am writing about my experiences with "Joey" Lozada. I met him at a bar a few weeks ago and thought it would be nice to see him again. We struck up a conversation, went to eat, then stayed at his home. This all just recently happened. Monday, April into the the next day.

He was telling me why he moved to San Diego. He is from the Boston area (Chelsea) and told me he was in a very volatile relationship. He also disclosed to me he was HIV+ in case we got romantic. That did not bother me as much as how he told me he was arrested for an incident two years ago where he was charged for domestic violence and there some controversy that he had a gun. He said his ex was yelling that he had a gun. He said when police arrived the did NOT find a gun. However one of the police men that had a grudge on Joey because he would tell the police chief tips on things. The police man said laughing with Joey's ex, "We finally got him."

I agreed to spend the night with Joey and found nothing unusual about him at all. Except that when I went to the bathroom I saw registration forms for a sex offender. I confronted Joey and he denied everything and told me that people were trying to set him up to jam him. I slept on the sofa and decided since I was molested as a child to start going through things.
