I have read somewhere that you have to tread carefully online where Bitcoin and gambling are concerned but so far I can’t say I’ve had any major problems. Unfortunately my problems began when I joined the scam operation run under the name of Bitzino. During the past two years I have mined quite a lot of Bitcoin and I was hoping to find a different way to add funds to my wallet. I have not been able to do so with Bitzino and here’s how. I opened an account with them and deposited 5 BTC into it almost immediately. I was surprised how quickly my fund were approved and how easy the whole process was. I should have known better. I played my first roulette game and then switched to a few others to fulfill the withdrawal conditions. When I decided to withdraw my initial deposit and my winnings, Bitzino had other ideas. They asked me for two forms of ID and I promptly sent them copies via email. Almost 3 days later my Bitcoin was still sitting in my account. When I spoke to their customer support I was told that they suspected that my IDs were fake and that my account will be closed shortly due to fraud! What the hell? My IDs are in no way fake and I hate the fact that I have to fight for my Bitcoin for some stupid reason! It’s been around a week since my last conversation with Bitzino and I am yet to hear any news on my complaint about their nonsense. My BTC is being held hostage and I have no idea what to do about it now. I would advise gamblers to stay away from Bitzino because they’ll just hijack your Bitcoin and you’ll have to fight for it.
