They only book the cruise at net hoping to upgrade to a better cabin so they make money off of the free cruise. Jeannette Bunn is a criminal and their executive vice president Tommy Middaugh is a former Con who has served hard time for fraud. They claim to be on the side of the consumer but they are actively seeking as much money as possible from their dwindling member base.
