Dear Sir I own and manufacture electronic cigarette. Its been my concern that in my country their is absolutely no copy right nor product R & D regulations. This has effected the end user who for example buy a starter kit with a AAA battery vs lithium. It begins with the Manufacture who produces this scam by cutting the cost of the battery he is now cutting the cost to the wholesaler and to retailer till the end consumer is the loser. You see the wholesaler does not give a grap nor the retailer why? Do you believe the end consumer know anything about how many puffs it should take to get to the end of a battery life. I going to make my own electronic cigarette version of the Toosie Pop Commercial. Consumers who believe their a victim of this scam should ask the retailer what the f is going on my e cig last only 2 hours my previous e-cig Blister kit 650 mah battery last me 6-7 hours. and demand your money back!
