Sealswithclubs is supposed to be a poker player’s paradise but all I experienced with them is hellish customer service and long standing disputes about non payment of winnings. This seems to be a common trend with online Bitcoin casinos that decide that they would rather keep your Bitcoin than pay you out. I should buy my own Bitcoin casino and do just that. I will be very rich very soon. They seem to have good reviews everywhere I have looked but do not let this fool you into thinking that they are safe. I have had a problem with them on several occasions and I cannot even imagine how I can possibly get a hold of anyone in customer services to help me. My problem with them is the usual non payment of winnings. I love Poker and I won quite a bit of money while playing on Sealswithclubs but they refuse to pay me out. In fact, they are not refusing to pay me out, but they are simply dragging the case along and all I am forced to do it wait for their decision. I requested a withdrawal several times but each time I was told that it was being processed only to find out later on that the withdrawal was never processed and I would have to either submit a bunch of documents to expedite the process or continue playing until their system was working a bit better. I have tried and tried to contact them about these issues and have even tried to escalate the issue but until someone at Sealswithclubs decides to send me an actual explanation of what the hell is going on, I can’t do anything but wait. In the meantime they have my Bitcoin and I am very angry about it.
