I also ordered this product and was told to pay shipping only. Then they took money from my account and said that I needed to have cancelled. I then cancelled and 2 months later they took two payments from my account and I incurred $90.00 in overdraft fees. I called and they gave me a refund for the two payments but said they couldn't pay the overdraft fees. I have tried continuously to get hold of higher management but they won't give me any names or numbers! How can this be?
