I have no idea how I ever ended up being so unlucky and made a deposit to Bitcoin Video Casino. Since that fateful evening I have experienced way too many delays to even talk about and I am still waiting on my Bitcoin from a year ago! If this does not put you off then I do not know what will. It is 2014 and in this day and age slow payments should not exist. However, Bitcoin Video Casino is stuck in the middle ages and seemingly dial up Internet. When I tried to communicate with the management of this scam about the slow payouts I was told that the problems were happening because of payment processor related issues. Really? It is Bitcoin for God’s sake, so no payment processor related issues should exist in principle! What a lie! I made a withdrawal request in December last year and it was for 10 BTC. Even though they processed several withdrawals for me previously, they waited 3 months with the December withdrawal only to put the money back into my account and tell me that the withdrawal could not be processed at the time. I tried again, but it still did not work. I tried chatting with support and I was told that it should go through next time. Well, next time came and went and I am still to see my Bitcoin. Bitcoin Video Casino are liars and scammers which stall withdrawals and cash outs without explanation and I am sick and tired of their games. I wish I had never made a deposit because now I am stuck with them and unable to withdraw my Bitcoin. This is stupid in this day and age and I really hope they go offline soon, but obviously not before I get my Bitcoin.
