Al and Chris Castellanos

Buyer Beware!!!!!
Al and Chris Castellano represent themselves as Billboard Tv Group.
They try to sell you some advertising slots and then never perform the work.
They charged me $399 to get verbally abused by Chris, get lied to by both Al and Chris. They don't care if the BBB has unresolved cases against them.
Thye did send me one proof..a you tube video so poor in quality I thought maybe a child did it. Typos, incorrect information, terrible fuzzy pictures....when I sent them back saying how horrible this was and basically spelled out and added pictures of my own...they claim to never receive it.
Before I even received this infantile production, I had asked for a refund due to the equally as infantile Chris Castellano who is unprofessional and uneducated and makes statements that are on the edge of slander. I have made no less that a dozen requests for a refund including through the BBB, tried calling and emailing...to no avail. No response.
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!
I am filing a suit in small claims court if anyone wants to join me. We know there are dozens out there. Plus I will be reporting to each supposed sponsor of the unprofessional demeanor of these two. I suppose that would be the result of doing business with someone who runs an "advertising firm" from their kitchen table.
