PrimeDice.com are CONS! SCAM ALERT!

Los Angeles, California

I recently happened by a new dice game on the web. It is called Just Dice. My first impression of the site reminds of the old adage that says, “Do not judge the book by its cover.” This is because the site’s design and interface are really not impressive. In fact, it looks like it was made in haste and not given much creative ideas. For me, this is not a good thing. A site’s design is not only there to attract players but more so to give it credibility. If the interface was not given enough effort to improve its appearance, then it makes me question what else the people behind it are incapable of doing. However, holding on to that adage, I gave the site a benefit of the doubt.
The site uses cookies, so logging in to it automatically created an account for me. With much clicking on the many tabs, which to my opinion were not properly placed and highlighted to make the site user-friendly, I finally found the information regarding the accounts. It gave me my user ID and then there is a link that it says I can use if I log in using a different computer. It came with a warning that I should protect this link to prevent other people from accessing my account. Since I only play dice and casino games at home, in my laptop, I was very confident that my account’s URL is well protected. I still copied the link and saved it in a notepad file just in case.
I cannot say for sure if the game was fair. I won some and lost some. By the end of the day, my initial fund of 2 BTC became 2.5 BTC. I left it at that and decided to go back to my game the next day. However, when I logged back in the following day, I saw that my balance was already zero. I quickly sent an email to report this and after two days I got the reply that I actually withdrew the amount according to their records. I contested this because I never made such transaction but they never replied to me again. It has been a month and my emails are never answered anymore. So, I guess that is goodbye to my 2.5BTC. It is either they pocketed my money or the site is not secured and my account was hacked. I want to believe that security is the issue here because their site is poorly built but since they are ignoring me, I am now leaning to the probability that they took my money. Therefore, if you happen to find this site, think twice and use my experience as a warning to what the people running this might do with your money.
