He claims to be a full-stack developer who can build X, Y, and Z but he will take your money and will not deliver a thing. He will make excuses, but it is all crap.

He was employed at the Atlanta Tech Village. This is where he found companies and continues to prey on startups like mine. He has ripped off 5-6 companies that I know of. Atlanta Tech Village is 103,000 street working space meant for startups and to help build a stronger tech community. He was apparently kicked out of the Atlanta Tech Village but continues to come in as a guest taking advantage of other startups and companies.
