Solar

It appears that this number 619-216-0554 is being used by many telemarketers in San Diego County and even reaching to Los Angeles County and Riverside County and Orange County. The phone rings and it is either a Solar Company or someone trying to sell you website optimization or SEA optimization or their is no one there and when they do answer the computer calling the number hangs up. I have asked one solar company that says it is affiliated with SDG&E to stop calling me after they called 4 times in one day and they still continue to call. Worse yet, I have blocked the call and they are getting around that feature, and continuing to call me. They are breaking the law. Well, at least now I have the number memorized and won't be answering anymore.
