Bitzino is one of the roguest online Bitcoin casinos out there. They are truly the poster child of the worst customer service you will ever have the misfortune of experiencing in your life or at least in your Bitcoin gambling experience. I had the misfortune of dealing with them for a very long time. I was able to not lose out in the process but I know of many players who are still dealing with Bitzino’s shenanigans. My story with Bitzino started a year ago when I tried to make a few plays for Bitcoin. I was suspicious about the fact that my bets seemed bigger than the ones I actually thought I placed and I started paying closer attention to the betting process. It seemed like Bitzino was skimming off the top – around 10% to 20% without ever telling me. I was not happy and I tried to contact customer services to find out what was going on. The only response I ever received was automated copy pasted text telling me to look at their terms and conditions. I decided to do so but after studying the t&c’s I did not find any information on why Bitzino was robbing me. I decided to initiate a quick withdrawal to get my deposit back and thankfully by then I had met the wagering requirements. I am furious that it took me a while to figure out that Bitzino was stealing money from me with every bet but I am happy that I managed to get my Bitcoin out of there without too big of a loss. Some of the other players were not as lucky and once they started questioning Bitzino’s rogue practices their accounts were frozen and now they can’t get a hold of anybody to see what is going on.
