The way I got into playing online casino games was by chance. In was playing some free games and this site, bc-casino.com, was advertised there. So I decided to give it a shot. Just like anyone else, I thought everything will go just fine. Well apparently it didn't.
The site told me to sign up first and exchange some money into bitcoin. I had $2,000 so I invested that money hoping I will make it back. The site was looking ok so I thought there were no problems there. Before I started playing I had to install some software as well, and I did so. It took me only a weekend to make some cash on there. Then I started getting popups and all sorts of alerts from my antivirus program, and I didn't like that. This was happening on many other unrelated sites I was visiting on a regular basis. A friend suggested that it might be because if that application I installed, and his explanation matched with what was going on. I wanted to stop playing and just get my money out.
I went on the page where you can withdraw your winnings and tried to access it. But for reason everything seemed stuck. After trying again, it seemed to work, but I was supposed to get a notification in my account which never came. I went back and thought I did something wrong. But the money wasn't in there anymore so I assumed it got into my wallet somehow. However, after checking no bitcoin was to be found in there.
I tried to find a way to get to the online casino's customer support but it seemed to be useless. It was completely non existent. It's like they just set up the page there for nothing. I say this because when I was pressing the send button, nothing happened. I refreshed the page, restarted the browser, cleared cookies, you name it. I started to really worry and realized there is something wrong there. My friend also suggested I uninstalled the bc-casino.com’s program and forget about the bitcoins I earned there. When I tried to do so, it wouldn’t let me!! I had to take my laptop to the repair shop and spent even more money because I let myself get fooled by an online scam!
