(James) Kirk Wallace

Thought I would give a heads up on a guy who helped "sell" me a piece of property through Roaring Fork West Property in Hot Springs, North Carolina before the housing bust several years ago. Meet Kirk Wallace, originally from Brookhaven, Mississippi who lives outside of Ashville, North Carolina. Kirk is a scam artist who is suppose to be married but recently a friend and I went out to eat and she was giving me details of a date she was recently on. Guess who she was with? You guessed it, this guy. It brought back bad memories as I feel I was given the run around on a real estate scam seven or eight years ago (which I ended up filing bankruptcy because of this guy). This scam artist is a real piece of work who apparently dabbles in all sorts of scams I have been told. A close friend who lives in Etowah, North Carolina told me that he knows Kirk personally and that Kirk boasts about being a geologist and gives others "insightful tips" on penny stocks that have recently gone under. Another friend who lives in Asheville has mentioned other scams regarding this guy as well. Everybody should be careful of this con artist. Ladies keep in mind, this guy is married.
