Jonathan Bolourchi (aka "Jonathon" or "Jonathan Charles")

WHAT I LEARNED ON THIS SITE BEFORE JONATHAN'S SCAM PAGE WAS DELETED:
• "Shadi Jamshidi LLC" is a Co. name he runs some of business deals under—a previous user posted this was/is his "father's fiancee's name"
• He goes by "Jonathan Charles" or "Jonathan Bolourchi" or now "JonathOn Bolourchi"—simply change from "a" to "o" somehow makes a difference in tracking him down
• His business partner Sam Zavosh is also part of the scams. Although Jonathan has claimed he had "no idea" who he is when papers were originally given to Sam to serve Jonathan through our first process server.

This guy is a scam artist. There use to be a page FULL of complaints about him on this site, but they've since been deleted. (Interesting!) While I believe he is a realtor full-time he also dabbles in other business deals—like selling commercial appliances. This is the area my business partner and I were scammed in. He had items listed on eBay for sale yet somehow convinced my business partner to close the deal OFF the site, as he had a lot more items we needed that weren't listed online. MISTAKE on her part. Doing this left us with no guarantee from eBay that we would get our money back, as the deal wasn't closed through their site.

One item we purchased was broken upon arrival. He claimed he would pay for repairs, but didn't. After our commercial appliance wasn't able to be fixed by the repairman, Jonathan stopped all communications with us. We got a shipping company to come pick it up, and that was it. We received NO REFUND for the repairs nor the broken freezer. We've taken him to two different courts (in our home state) and won our case both times—as he was a no-show. He's cost us about $4k.
