That's Scrap Inc. Silver Bullet cutting machine

I bought a Electric $900 silver bullet cutting machine which never worked so I contacted the support and they finally responded after 7 days saying that they do not offer refunds of ANY kind, despite the fact their website says they do. When I replied back that it did not work, she (Sherry) responded after 10 days saying the same exact words.
So I have a suggestion that if you want to buy product from thatsscrapinc.com then please make sure you are ready to accept that it might never work and you are stuck with damamged product and no way to return it.
On top of that customer service was rude and very unresponsive.
