He hosts your site on his server and will then blackmail you into paying him monthly, or he will shut you $8K website down (which cost him $50 to build).

He gets his friends to leave reviews on yelp and google plus so that he looks legit.

Additionally Matt gets high school kids from internship programs, then makes them work 60 hours a week, and only pays them minimum wage for working 40 hour. Then tells them it's a start up and that's how start ups work.
