I had won a laptop on Ebay. It was several weeks of contacting him that I finally got a reply. He gave me excuse after excuse as well as no reply to my emails until time ran out for any action through Ebay, He also said he would issue a full refund. Never happened. Patrickbetts is a scamer at its best. People that list bogus items and never intend on selling anything should be jailed in a hard labor camp and paid $1.00 a day for working from sun up until sun down for as long as it takes to repay all the people he scammed plus interest. False or misleading statements are illegal both by state laws and federal laws per the FTC.
