This is a man who I wouldn't even wish my worst enemy would meet (although he is actually my worst enemy). I dealt with his threats, bullying, lies and stealing when I lived in his house as a tenant for a month. I have spoken to others about him who have lived there longer. bacisally he moves you in, and starts demanding certain things, going into your room without asking, setting ridiculous house rules, throwing your property all over the place. Threats of violence and intimidation.

He steals your deposit, so if you have paid it then kiss it goodbye.
